1.2 Commercial Weight Breakdown
The technically passed bidder with the lowest cost will be scored the highest of 100% for the commercial evaluation and the other bidders will be pro-rated accordingly.
The applicable LCGPA guidelines pertaining to Local Content will be used.

Namar:
The Namar Municipality Renovation project is a Design and Build Project including authorities’ approvals, covering an area of 6363 square meters and comprising a basement, ground floor, and first and second floors. Municipality has a workforce of at least 250 employees. The design and construction process will aim to revitalize and enhance the existing infrastructure while meeting the functional and aesthetic needs of the municipality. This project represents an opportunity to improve and modernize the facilities, benefiting the local community and contributing to the area's development.
